- Resource rights in Northern Iraq now get removed when Iraq exercises its decision to abrogate the Red Line Agreement.

- Converted the doctrine bonus from the old way to the new way for the "Home Defense" national focus (oversight from the last patch).

- Nerfed the "Develop Bletchley Park" national focus. Most values were halved. Changed the decryption factor to the appropriate modifier.

- Added a (kinda-not-really-not-so-good) custom picture for the "Develop Bletchley Park" national focus.

- Added a custom picture for the "Centralised Intelligence H.Q. Compound" national spirit.

- The "Ultra" national focus now requires the national spirit "Centralised Intelligence H.Q. Compound" given by "Develop Bletchley Park".

- Fixed an oversight/bug with the doctrine bonuses given by national focuses. All effects now properly apply bonuses with the system introduced in 1.11.

- Fixed an event's picture not showing up properly for Greece joining the Allies.

- Added even more localisation data that was missing.

- Updated all relevant data for 1.11 "Barbarossa" (bulk of the data changes were done here). Set to compatible with 1.11.*.

- Added a new National Focus called "Develop Bletchley Park", underneath "Begin Rearmament", which gives decryption and agency bonuses. The types of bonuses are dependant on whether "La Résistance" is activated or not.

- Added an effect for the "Begin Rearmament" National Focus, which adds 10 000 First World War infantry rifles and equipment to the national stockpile (in addition to the 100 p.p. that was there before).

- Fixed more localisation.

- Changed compatible version number to 1.10.3

- Changed the "Ultra" National Focus to have benefits more appropriate for LaR owners.

- Removed a leader for Iraq (Paradox added the same guy)

- Fixed several minor oversights/bugs

- Incorporated the most recent changes from 1.10.2

- Fixed yet another oversight with the Suez Canal.
