Added a few error checks in the map thumbnail download code just in case

Added logic (from PAM Automatic Map Icon Downloader) to try and download map thumbnails from the workshop if one is not already available

Removed debug prints

Fixed "Label" text showing behind user avatar images sometimes

Updated to use Lumien's UI for map icons instead of just text
Added untested support for the hide and seek gamemode

Added ability to re-open the vote via chat commands

Revert back to the beginning of today to check an environmental change. If there are no updates after this it was caused by a file permissioning problem the whole time.

Removed print messages now that it's working
