optimised code by removing unneeded triggers and OR gates

updated to Crusader kings 2 3.0 (PXTU)

fixed Buddhist ambitions

rewrote mod to disable triggers for the offending mods instead of deleting them

this means the events exist again now but they should never randomly show up with this mod installed think of the events being in jail as opposed to being exterminated
the benefit of this rewrite is it allows the Buddhist ambitions to work and allows the events to be triggered via the console or other mods

the remove trusting event id = 1058 now adds 9000 wealth this event is disabled and only used to test if the mod has loaded if you have some other mod that is triggering this event let me know and i will make the debug event something completely different
