- Tweaked Reload_Empty to play slower at certain points in the animation rather than artifically tack on 40 frames of wasted space idling at the end of the animation just to keep it in sync

- Made it so both Reload_Full and Reload_Empty emit two spent shell casings particles in third person since they both use the same animation

- Included firing sound which may or may not have been missing all along
