Increased range even more to improve pathing around obstacles.

(While it's possible to ignore pathing altogether for "perfect" teleports, this would also let you teleport into normally inaccessible areas or right off the map.)

The main goal of this mod is to tone down all the racket teleport makes so you're not waking up every mob on the map. The pathing improvements are just a little bonus.
