Now everything SHOULD be fixed

Fixed multiple formatting issues that will hopefully make the addon work on FC&N with the material remover code enabled. If you are using any textures or sounds from my addon change the path from pains textures to pains_textures

Also some textures have been moved from the misc folder to the details folder, these include the Tank car warning placard, fire extinguisher sticker, and do not hammer on car decals.
