New Features:
- Added Palm Treeguard Sack skin (you can access it by using Modded Skins API)
- Players on DST boats now have extra map reveal distance just like players SW boats
- Added a new sound to the Island Buoy skin

Changes:
- DST boats no longer automatically travel through Electric Isosceles, instead they need to be activated by player
- Rose-Colored Glasses now work on Electric Isosceles when player is on DST boat
- Flood footstep splashes are now client side, so they work correctly with lag compensation
- Updated some skin icons

Fixes:
- Fixed player scale not being correctly reset after traveling via Electric Isosceles
- Fixed a typo in Island Buoy skin name
- Fixed tile under charlie vines in SW not looking correct
