True start locations added.
No longer requires a resource mod to fill all luxuries.
New map insets for duel, tiny, and small maps.
Mexican desert slightly reduced in size.
Great Lakes slightly reworked to allow for a canal city.
Minor terrain tweaks to allow more viable true starts.
Natural Wonders no longer spawn on map edges.
