Annex and integrate Prussia (historical after ww2 Poland territory) and make a German Union event for Soviets.

-Fixed Taiwan annexation decision.
-Fixed and reworked Chinese Legation cities annexation decision and event (now you will get decision every time as you conquer new state, occupy debuff changed only to -40 pp).
-Soviet's fate of north-western China reworked. New integrate Sinkiang option&form a Chinese Soviet Republic.
-Soviet's fate of Mongolia reworked new option to integrate Mongolia and give inner Mongolia to ally (Soviet China for example)
-New national focuses for Soviets.

Claim Turkish Armenia provinces national focus and event chain.
