-More bugfixes for soviet - syndi Ukraine/Belarus event chain. Now event will show only when they are not in alliance with Reichpact.
-Fixed cores in Sinkiang when Soviets integrate it and create a Chinese Soviet Repiblic.
-Fixed Kaiserreich bug with national focus for Persia. Now it will bypass if Persia already your puppet.
