Update that SHOULD fix time pieces not appearing, I suspect another issue is back though. time pieces not appearing after getting 7.

1. Fixed the alien chase and guard mafia properly detecting then mud status effect.

1.The beter dye is now properly given to the player upon purchase.

2. Made a section of the first platforming segment easier.

3. Talking to joffrey after completing his quest now properly re-enables the waterdash ability.

4. Fixed the mud status effect not lasting long enough for the alien chase.

made the tutorial easier since some people have a lot of trouble getting the perfect jump to actually work. Changed scooter tracks for purple ember forest and time rift levels.
