Valkyrie: Base movement speed reduced from 295 to 285
Valkyrie: Blessing of Eir cooldown increased from 17/16/15/14 to 19/18/17/16
Valkyrie: Vae Victis damage reduced from 130/200/270/340 to 100/170/240/310
Valkyrie: Vae Victis short stun duration reduced from 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 to 1.0/1.2/1.4/1.6
Valkyrie: Soaring Fury buff duration reduced from 20 to 18
Plague Lord: Base Agility reduced from 26 to 20 (base damage increased to keep it the same)
Plague Lord: Stalking Sepsis cast point reduced from 0.2 to 0.1
Plague Lord: Attack projectile speed reduced from 900 to 800
Cursed Wolf: Wizard's Claw magical damage reduced from 50/65/80/95 to 35/55/75/95
Robot Scientist: Goblin Bomb building damage reduced from 50% to 40%
Apostate: Battlefield Medicine Healing Amplification reduced from 20/25/30/35% to 5/10/15/20%
Apostate: Self Aid healing reduced from 15/25/35/45% to 15/24/33/42%
Huntress: Tactical Retreat knockback distance per hero reduced from 400 to 250 (total distance from 800 to 500)
Huntress: Tactical Retreat movement speed bonus reduced from 15% to 12%
Huntress: Hunting Gear no longer has an Active component
Huntress: Hunting Gear damage bonus reduced from 10/15/20/25% to 4/6/8/10%
Huntress: Hunting Gear now also provides 1/2/3/4 Mana Regen, 3/6/9/12 movement speed, and 5/6/7/8% cooldown reduction
Armordillo: Reinforce mana cost rescaled from 95 to 70/95/120/145
Okita: Base armor reduced by 2 (armor at level 1 from 5.2 to 3.2)
Shifter: Strength gain reduced from 2.3 to 2.1
Vampire Mistress: Sucking Bite mana cost rescaled from 70/75/80/85 to 65/80/95/110
Kazak: Ferocious Roar cast point reduced from 0.2 to 0.1
Annihilator Boots: Max Health as Regeneration reduced from 1.5% to 1%
Immortalia: Passive reflection percentage increased from 15% to 30%
Caged Boots: Buff duration reduced from 5 to 4
Pyromancer's Hand: Recipe changed from Orb of Pyros + Healing Rag + Priest's Tunic + 320 gold recipe to Orb of Pyros + Maiden's Tears + 200 recipe. Now Provides 15 intelligence, 300 health, 3 mana regen.Total cost from 2370 to 2275

Fixed Healing Amplification being twice as strong as intended (for example, 20% healing amp used to amplify healing by 20% twice, resulting in an actual 44% amplification.)

Added missing item lore

huntress: base intelligence reduced from 16 to 12
Totemcarver: Dragontide Totem no longer has 350 health, now requires 4 hero attacks (or 16 other attacks) to die
Totemcarver: Dragontide Totem now has a low attack priority (creeps will always attack it last)
Plague Lord: Base armor reduced by 1 (armor at level 1 from 4.2 to 3.2)
Apostate: Battlefield Medicine cooldown rescaled from 18/15/12/9 to 16/15/14/13
Arcane Ring: Mana bonus reduced from 250 to 200
Mana potion: cost increased from 90 to 120
annihilator boots now grant you 1.5% of your max hp as health regen instead of amplifying hp regen

Kazak: base intelligence increased from 16 to 18
Kron: Powerful Roar cooldown rescaled from 12/10/8/6 to 6
Nerub: Beetle movement speed increased from 310 to 325
Kingseeker: base agility reduced from 22 to 21
Robot Scientist: Full Missile Jacket search radius reduced from 2000 to 1600
Merchant: base strength reduced from 17 to 16
Great Ent: base damage reduced by 4
White Magician: Fire Volley Projectile speed increased from 675 to 725
Mana Potion: Cost increased from 75 to 90
Round Shield: Healing reduced from 10 to 7
Alucard Shield: Healing reduced from 10 to 8
Ghost in a Bottle: Invisibility duration reduced from 10 to 7 seconds
Wild Talisman: Melee attack bonus magical damage increased from 16 to 19
Immortalia: Active removed. Now has a passive: 15% of all damage taken is reflected back to the attack as pure damage. (doesn't reduce damage taken)

lucifer: hellslam stun duration reduced from 1.9 seconds to 1 second
lucifer: hellslam now applies a 3 second decaying 60% slow after the stun
lucifer: unholy strength damage per second increased from 20/30/40/50 to 25/35/45/55
plague lord: fixed life drain working on buildings and friendly units. also it no longer makes a sound
plague lord: life drain lifesteal per stack reduced from 8% to 4/5/6/7%
plague lord: mana restore per stack reduced from 4% to 3%
plague lord: movespeed slow per stack reduced from 8% to 4/5/6/7%
plague lord: agility gain reduced from 3.2 to 3
nerub: casting corpse beetles now uses all charges at once to spawn all available beetles, instead of having to do it one by one

Now a passive which grants you a stack whenever you land an attack on a hero. a stack lasts 20 seconds. each stack provides 0.8/1.2/1.6/2 armor and 3% movement speed. Stacks expire individually
ciaran's ring: fixed giving partial stun immunity
Crescent's Flame: recipe cost increased from 650 to 850
Butchy's Dagger: Now has a 500 gold recipe
