Redid everything, listing the changes are pointless, the only thing you need to read is the new first picture I've added.

Fixed/Changed:
Fixed the weighting on the cuffs.
Fixed the paper prop scale.
Improved the hair, forgot to change 1 line of code lol.

Added custom bones for the headwear and eyewear.
