V1.1 Now under its own 'High Capacity Stockpiles' research. This because the game does not allow me to replace the default 'Mini Suply Stockpiles' research, and with a duplicate name you have to reseach it every time you reload the map. This because at load time it only grants the first research item of each reseach ID.
