Not Alone V5.8.6 patch

-Fixed Mi24's at military locations (they are now armed)

-Fixed heavy Helicopters not being able to lift tanks

-Added GRAD fortifications, basically is a newer ACE compatible version of R3F, but all fortifications should save even in vehicles now. On top of that fortifications take time to "build" And they can also be stashed into crates for easier transporting

-Added Base building trader in Elektro (The scrapyard) with Custom Addactions that you use to purchase building items to use

-Added GRAD fortifications to GRAD saving for world state

-Fixed Health hud, added new RSC Layer due to addition of ACE (no medical) Since HS automatically will "accomodate" for ACE damage

-Fixed single HALs store traders, (now 3 different trader types) << STILL WIP but stable

-Added Hud Money counter for HALs funds (now money shows in Inventory menu + on hud)

-Added GRAD Money menu ~New features include faster money transfer between players, no more money gifting via addaction, can take money from dead players, can also rob players if they are handcuffed via ACE menu. As well as a banking system (you can also get your money back from your body if you get back to it in time, if you didn't deposit your money into the bank)

- Added Thermal, CS, Flashbang and Concussion grenades to the traders list

- Added Uniforms [Russian 6sh122, Yellow and Green Gorka with gloves] to the traders list

- Added missing magazines for Glock 17 to the traders list

- Added all types of RPG grenades for the RPG-7 launcher to the traders list

-Removed CUP weapons, vehicles, and units

-Added СпР vehicles across the map as well as RHS vehicles

-Edited HALs config for the store (not fully complete, you will notice some blank spaces, ignore them for now until next patch, this is due to SAF, GREF, arms mixed into config...)

-Changed up VA banditcamps loot along with shipwrecks, etc..

-Changed Bandit AI loot / gear

-Fixed some SQM file Bin errors (CUP weapons remnants)
