- Added a new district building called Astrarium.
- Added a new celestial card called Planet X. (Also has a gold version.)
- Planet X card increases all stats by 10% or 20% if golden.
- Planet X card is a lot more rare than the others.

Balance changes.
- Reduced the cost of Scavenger's Guild and Chronicler's Ward district buildings by 25%.

Cursed gems were appearing every dungeon or every other dungeon, this is way to frequent, so it's time to half it.
