Removed portal surfaces that bypassed most of the 2nd room puzzle.

Major overhaul of this chamber. Removed most of the unreliable stuff and replaced them with more straight forward stuff. This made the puzzle slightly easier but much less fiddly.

Moved a few lights and grates around

Tweaked a bunch of little things attempting to add clarity and light to certain areas

Removed major exploit from room 2

Reduced chance of player getting caught in button room

Added one more light
