- reduced number of settlements checked before decreasing climate suitability to 5 (from 80). This results in more factions starting in unsuitable climate. Such random, much wow.
- total peace ignores faction "Followers of Nagash" (so Settra is still at war with them).
- "Greenskin Incursions" will be removed after 1 turn for all bretonnian factions.

- agents are now embedded into a faction's main army instead of being wounded for 1 turn

updated for Prophet & Warlock dlc

- effect bundle granted at the start now active for 10 turns (instead of 5)
- effect bundle now grants 18 growth (from 20) and 3 public order (from 0)

- ai factions now declare peace on the player instead of the other way around (should keep player's reliability rating intact)
- fog of war should now be fully cleared over all of the player's regions after randomizer is finished
- if a faction is at war with chaos, it will not declare peace with them

- added new settlement chains for vampire coast
- added new port building chains for vampire coast
- added new special settlement chains for vampire coast
- added missing port chains for bordeleaux
- to increase randomness regionList will be shuffled each time before choosing a new region (slightly increases load times, but the results are better)
