+ Fixed the long term bug that plagued the mod and made it not work due an update of GMod.

+ Turrets will self destruct in the water.

+ Manhacks will explode when going underwater.

+ When a Male or Female Citizen speaks under water, they will take further damage.

- Only affects base NPCs and VJ Base SNPCs.

+ Added the ability to customize the time it takes for an NPC to drown. Now you can determine how long it takes for them to drown.
