-Fixed the chrome shotgun playing the pump sound instead of the cloth movement sound when the arm extends to help up survivors
-Fixed the explosive and incendiary ammo upgrades not having sounds for the arm extending & retracting to pickup items or survivors

-removed the single pistol & spas-12 world model leftover from the general fixes version
