SORRY to EVERYONE who has been trying to use the k-9 mod since last update i forgot the functions folder

-Fixed insta kill bug on handler
-Fixed dogs detection rate and distance

I just wanted to say thanks to anyone who uses the mod and for everyone's patience with me for to get back to work on this mod.

Hopefully soon ill be joining another milsim unit and ill be working on this mod and another one soon.
