• Disabled item drops from bosses

Fixes:
• Blur Scepter Cooldown
• Possibility to put items in Bosses.
• Possibility to oneshot bosses.
• Neutrals will return to their spawn points, if they was pushed out.
• Neutrals prioritise to attack creeps and heroes .
• Fountain attack instantly kills any unit.
