Reverted back one version, because of unforseen bug

-Fixed long delay for creating new characters on dedicated servers

Most important changes:
-Admin menu: allows admins to disable dinos on the fly and change the breeding stats
-Playing and Breeding as almost all dinos (vanilla and modded) and easier to select
-Sleeping: gives increased stamina and health regen
