Added .ini options to customize Stun Strike's stun duration and stun chance.
Fixed Stun Strike's lack of actual knockback; knockback distance is configurable in the .ini.

Cleared earlier formatting changes and enhanced code to allow for full Pillar customization in the .ini. By default, Pillar is a free action that can be used during regular turns and Momentum. This should make it less tedious to use your Templars during missions.
