- Gave all clubs in EBEL, DEL, Liiga, SHL, Czech Tipsport and Swiss League maximum budgets at start, this is similar to how I have the NHL set. I know it may not be realistic but I believe it will be more fun in the long run if there isn't hard coded parity in the sim. Let desire to spend and financial constraints be limited based on ownership traits, market size and fan support.
- Added European University Hockey League (EUHL)
- Removed Alps Hockey League from human-playability, the league does not seem to function properly, teams automatically drop 90% of the players, have to investigate and re-build. Also I don't think this was very popular with the player-base.

Undid updates to EBEL, NLA and Slovakian Tipsport due to import issues. Also fixed the schedule for HockeyEttan, it should no longer be crashing later in the sim.

- Eastern Hockey League now human-playable! My first league made from scratch, United States junior A league slotted below the NAHL. - WJC U20 updates: Started reviewing all players/staff selected for the tornament, like every year I try to make sure every player/applicable staff member exists in the DB and is updated.

NHL/AHL Updates:
- Latest major transactions (Nylander contract), various trades, staff changes
- Retired Rick Middleton's #16 in Boston
- Chicago Blackhawks/Rockford IceHogs (club records, player records, attendance, players and staff)
- Increased minimum contract to $650,000 and made maximum contract for all positions $15m.
- Adjusted contracts of some super-star players still on ELCs so they don't get auto assigned new contracts (see Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner & Patrik Laine). Because of the players CA the game will automatically assign a contract to match. Salaries won't be accurate but total cap hit will still be under what allowed maximum will be with bonuses.

ECHL Updates:
