-Nerfs some of the National Guard's weapons do they aren't insta-kill anymore. Please test this on all difficulties. If you get autokilled with 150 health or more, please comment so I can fix it.

-Changed Guard's Shield
-Added Pike
-Added Police Sword
-Added Criminal's Adrenaline
-Added Touch of Justice (Armor) Enchantment
-Added Touch of justice (Weapon) Enchantment

-The Guard's Shield is now spiked and along with the rest the armor set, it gives a Health Regen Bonus.
-Criminal's Adrenaline gives extra speed when hit by a Guard's weapons.
