Fixed issue where ghost decks weren't dealing cards to ghost board.

Fixed bug on low settings (English mode, any difficulty) that didn't deal out cards to the ghost hidden area.

Fixed bug where cloned ghost cards were not recognized (also bug where last card in those decks would fall through the table because physics)
