Made edict Research Grants for materials give a happiness boost to the Technologist faction. Made Evangelizing Frenzy edict make Traditionalist faction give a happiness boost. Made Fanatic Purifier civic be able to work with Fanatic Militarist or Fanatic Spiritualist ethos, with Fanatic Xenophobe. Some more civic rebalancing.

Changed 00_actions.txt in diplomatic actions folder to allow the civics Federalist, Feudal Realm, Imperialist and the Hive and Machine versions of them to demand vassalization and tribute without needing to adopt the Domination tradition tree. Also made Ambassadors Assembly give Federation, as well as both Ambassadors Assembly and Peacekeepers civic give 20% more contribution for the Federation fleet.

Fixed bug in species_rights.txt that prevented empires with Timocracy civic from selecting Caste System.

Many bug fixes. I fixed the "Faith in Science" bug where unity was not given when a technology was successfully researched. Also fixed the bug where assimilation would not work and convert pops into other types of pops. Fixed names and localisation files. Also made some minor balance tweaks.

Fixed issue with Hive civic "Astronomical Curiousity" not giving the tech for Auto-Exploration, and now it can also grant access to the Deep Space Scanner Building.

Added 10 new Hive civics and 7 new Machine Intelligence Civics. Changed it so higher living standards give Collectivist ethics attraction, and lower ethic attraction does not result for Authoritarian when having high living standards.
