Fixed the Glitch where if you are in the Up Stair Cells you will not be able to get to your cell durning a Lockdown or durning Lights Out, as the Cell Door at the Enterance/Exit will lock, not allowing you to get into the cell area

Added more Cells, Which means that some things where changed with in the map

Added Social Room, It has a Locker, Table, Sofas, and most importantly Books

Fixed a Minior Glitch
