Improved the Icon and the name of the item to give it a better feel for what the item does. Now is called Bottled Speed, available in the general vendor. Costs 100k :P

Added the Item to the general vendor in a few places, use the console to go to DUNGEON TOWN3 and find the general vendor to buy and consume the fish.
