CHANGED:
-Horizontal bounce velocity reduced by ~33%
-Reduced cooldown between bounces by roughly half a second

FIXED:
-Recovery volumes and ledge grabbing no longer prevent the Bounce Chain from resetting (Which resulted in 0 height jumps)
-Potentially fixed diagonal angles bouncing backwards horizontally.
