After a long line of badly and untested releases now a 1.10 release:

- added aura attack speed (tickrate)
- added aura area of effect (attack range somehow)
- added blockrate
- added health regen

Improved code for settings:
- Some confusing stuff changed
- Added explanations to most of the config options

IMPORTANT:

Following stuff will be overwritten by other mods or vise versa:

- TUNING.ABIGAIL_DMG_PLAYER_PERCENT (Damage to players)
- components.health:StartRegen
- components.health:SetAbsorptionAmount
- components.aura.radius
- components.aura.tickperiod

All other values are just multiplicators.
