+ FMOD update: engine sounds reworked, car horn and police horn added.

The current version of the mod is BETA due to the new FMOD sound environment.
The engine sounds and horns work. Some sounds such as air gear will be removed due to the car not having them IRL.
You can expect more updates in the future, gradually removing non-car sounds and possibly adding new ones.

Development update 14 May 2020:

I have figured out how the horns work in FMOD. Expect an update to that tomorrow. The update will also include a minor TDI and TSI sounds rework with finer switching between different sounds for a more natural sound.

====== CONTENT OF 6 MAY 2020 UPDATE BELOW ======

+ Basic support for FMOD added (engine sounds work)
+ Support for game version 1.37

ATTENTION: The current version is experimental and introduces a hotfix for the new FMOD environment.
The basic engine sounds should work. Other sounds will be added later.
Please note that this version may be unstable - sound tuning will be done when I am more familiar with the FMOD environment and when SCS updates its wiki about it.
Currently the wiki doesn't provide all of the information I need.
