-locking progress should reset after switching weapon modes on starships
-land vehicles should show the correct mode when allowing upload
-allow upload should work now. keep in mind while not in vehicle mode your vehicle is more likely to be attacked by dinos
-imperial and concrete are now metal structure settings
-DH17 should now craft with the proper stats
-half concrete wall item name updated
-ATAT removed from the admin box
-passenger temporarily disabled on speeder bike
-Xwing capsule rescaled
-Droids now use droid batteries

-auto trigger on the imperial door should work while locked again
- starship target locking grace period adjustments and trace radius lock doesn't drop after 8 seconds while still on target
-various improvements to the targeting system
-added rocket Jammer countermeasure to ships, press 'x', 30s cooldown

-added invert to imperial glass ceiling

-ion rockets now have a 5% chance to disable tek shields
-decreased max quantity of rockets
-decreased weight of the concussion rockets to 20
-added attenuation to the Jetpack sounds
-added attenuation and lowered the volume of the landspeeder and speeder sounds
-fixed replication on xwing sfoils
-fixed droids being able to be picked up on death

airspeeder should be able to land after stalling now
increased damage on sw rocket launcher projectile and updated direct damage type to tek missile
1000 dmg direct, 500 explosion dmg as regular demolition
land vehicles are now immune to fear buffs
added concussion missiles
increased weight of proton rockets and increased crafting cost
increased targeting distance and trace volume on the vehicles
rocket type quantities on the ui should work better now
major changes to replication on starship projectiles should be more reliable.
ion rockets should apply 10k dmg to tek shields and have a 50% chance of deactivating them

auto turret ammo changed to Tibanna mags
in order to craft ships you need to unlock the ship mechanic engram
in order to craft ground vehicles you must unlock the vehicle mechanic engram
if allowtesting is false the hanger will no longer spawn with default ships
if allowtesting is false ships will no longer spawn with testing items
pin locking imperial doors should work now
added droids to the replicator droid
added crafting requirements for droids
added probe droid Icon
added droid mechanic engram for crafting and eventually modifying droids
added pin locking to the auto turrets
moved target information to the top of the screen
