Added:
-A few new sounds for spotting citizens, idle sound, answer sound, and 2 new pain sounds.

Changes:
-Made use of unused sounds that were not used in the sentences.txt.
-Removed some "pain" sounds. They should all sound consistent now (you'll only hear pain sounds if you have a mod that enables combine pain).

As usual, this requires an install of the new sentences.txt file. I made a new link to the updated version. Replace the old one.

sentences.txt link updated. questions and reports now have fixed play lengths, so questions and answers won't overlap.

-Updated and added more dispatch voice lines among other things.

Sentences.txt file has been updated, too, get the latest version from the new link in the description. Repeat the same installation process for the new sentences file
