The Mod now ignores the Medbays by the Independant Survival Mod as they are not meant to be spawned at.

SubTypeId CythonSuitMedicalRoom is therefore ignored now.

Fixed that Dampeners are not correctly set when spawning at a moving grid, and being teleported to a nonmoving grid and vice versa.

Fixed velocity not set correctly when teleporting from a moving grid to a non moving grid and vice versa.
