Improvements to Ai decisions. Especially a "Dominator" type (if you are using "Diplomacy" mod WRE and ERE is in this group most of the time and Sassanids in the late game)

offer for peace time out has been reduced to 3 turns. Originally it was 5. So now if AI offers you have smaller time window to respond if you declined first time.
