Implemented a number of balance changes in Crateria and Tourian; Norfair is no longer so quick/easy to get through; Mother Brain and Ridley now do more damage; map should be less likely to crash with 32+ players now.

Re-optimized the entire map to reduce entities, increase fps and available edicts, and to work better in general.
