Updated to 2.1.1
-Added two prescripted empires: Galactic Republic and Early Galactic Empire.
-Added the Galactic Empire flag.
-Added an early stormtrooper variant for the imp species class.
-Managed to fix the stormtrooper ruler issue.
-Jedi robes are now paired with the psionic trait for more immersion.

- Added the clone officer to phase II and imperial species classes.
- Replaced the Stormtrooper pop with an updated image.
- Removed the vanilla human officer pops from phase II to fit the clone army structure.

- Imp rulers show stormtrooper portraits for males.
