tidy the lua contents for taking less hard-drive space (5 lua files to 1 file), and play audio as "unique" so you should no longer hear duplicated sounds in the same time

updated some voices from Zenith Wings of Tina.
- 4 voices in speak panel (Promotion got a new voice)
- 3 jump voices
- 6 kill voices
- 1 spawn voice
- 2 spot voices

deleted camera model, it can now add itself to P2P download list without rely on Addon Share.
add 5 more jump sounds and 1 more spawn sound.
add 8 bash sounds (used by TFA base, example CS Online's weapons)
add 3 marking targat sounds (press E) and gestures support (Wave, Agree, Laugh).
