Had to remove the modifications to pets inventory layout introduced in pet and fishing overhaul, so this mod will only offer the fishing overhaul half of the mod and not the pet inventory.

Removing Permanent pet potions from the general vendors to make space, and there are now recipe to make permanent fish of all the different types of pets so these are not really necessary. But if you still want them they already exist in synergies mod at the synergies vendor.

Since pet and fish overhaul already messes with the general merchant i went ahead and added spell scrolls to the merchant, chance for 5-25 scrolls to spawn in the merchant.
