Added in Full Respec mod to allow the users to pay for a full respec. This mod not only increases the amount of skill points visible to refund from 3 to 6 but also allows you to fully respec after paying for all 6 skills to be unlearned. TBH this is the fairest respec option because there is a cooldown and a hefty price attached to it.

Adding in Boon Vendor Mod I cooked up, changes the boon vendor scroll to have 9 uses instead of 1. I also borrowed the loot tables to match synergies with an added roll on a legendary weapon item(very rare). So this makes finding a Vendor Boon Scroll relevant throughout the game as it no longer forces you to hold onto it untill your 100 and then exploit the vendor to keep resetting its inventory. Now you can just use the vendor during key points in your leveling (if you are lucky enough to even get the item as a drop, it is still a very rare drop.) and you dont feel bad if you dont find anything useful.
