Fixed cs guns model bug

- Minor adjustment to shotguns spread pattern to be slightly tighter on pump and benelli
- Mini-14 fire rate slightly increased
- Some ARs moving spread slightly decreased
- AWM moving spread slightly decreased
- Other refined minor adjustments

- AWM spread per shot increased to 77
- SMGs slight adjustment
> Tighter spread on MP5 and Silenced SMG
> Uzi spread per shot decreased to 0.33 from 0.34
> Maximum range slightly increased on Uzi and MP5
- Pistol single pistol fire rate decreased
- Pistol damage drop off slightly increased

- Huge change on the snipers (AWM and Scout)

- Increased uzi's spread per shot by 0.02
- Decreased mp5's spread per shot by 0.02
- Increased mini-14 spread per shot to 1
- Largely increased the max spread and spread per shot on the snipers (Scout & AWSM) to prevent accurate shoving shots and no scoped shots
- Decreased spread decay on the snipers (Scout & AWSM) so the accuracy recover rate is slower now
- AK spread per shot decreased
- Ak damage decreased from 56 to 55
- Bonus (not that it matters much): Now chainsaw's gasoline is increased by 30%

- Slightly decreased shotgun piercing power
- Increase AWM and Scout spreadpershot to test if it prevents from accurate spamming shots with shoving and shooting at the same time
- Decrease snipers (AWM and Scout) unscoped accuracy

- SMG maximum spread increased

- Readjusted penetration power & layers on most guns

- Nerf shotguns penetration power and damage
- Decrease shotguns damage drop off
- Mini14 speed slightly nerfed
- Increase Ak weapon kick
- Decrease Silenced SMG spread per shot and increase effective range
- Lower down the penetration power on most guns to be closer to the vanilla penetration power except the cs snipers

- DessertEagle nerfed spread decay
- Silenced SMG buff and decrease recoil
