Fixed the ceiling pieces not having a stability cost

Fixed the stability attachment cost to the new pillar build sockets on the foundation pieces.

Added the new pillar build sockets to the ceiling pieces

Added the new build sockets for pillars to the Black-Ice and Insulated Wood Foundations

Now both Crenelatedwalls and Fences can be placed inside of door frames.

Door frames can be placed on Fences and Crenelatedwalls

Added more build sockets to the foundations for pillars. Pillars can now be placed on the inner corner , outer corner or edge of foundations for more interesting builds.

Adjusted the overlap checker on walls to allow pillars to be placed at the outer edge so walls can have a nice framed look. As of right now , to get this to work , you have to place the pillars first and then the walls.

Fixed the amazon boot crash

Small edit to1 blueprint that will allow fence foundations to be placed inside of door frames to give the appearance of a large window.

Now also adds a skirt option to the new sexy legion armor

the chest wrap , loincloth and loincloth no undies are now all dyable again

I thought it was about time we had a feminine shape for the female silent legion armor.
Added a new feat:
"Sexy Pride of the Silent Legion" requires that you already know how to make the normal silent legion armor and it adds:

Experienced gained for killing npcs has been reworked.

Tier 1 npcs now give 1.5x exp
Tier 2 npcs now give 2.3x exp
Tier 3 npcs now give 3.0x exp
Tier 4 npcs now give 4.0x exp
**Before this update all tier npcs just gave 10x exp**

Changing the exp gained by npcs was one of my first original edits to this mod. This was done before I knew there were more multipliers and separate ones at work.
