Minor tweaks to some of the material settings

reduced fog intensity greatly for clear weather to make it easier to see distant buildings.

More recipes to the Master Marble Mason feat:
Black and White:
Marble sloped roof
Marble sloped roof corner
Marble sloped roof triangle
Marble sloped roof triangle inverted

Master Gold Glass Blower feat has 6 additional recipes: 6 different types of Gold/Silver rails

New feat:
Master Silver Glass Blower with 22 additional recipes

Changes:
Added new sockets to the marble and glass sloped roof pieces so they can be attacked side by side. It is now possible to build an inner open dome shape.

Fixes:
The stright stair rails had the wrong LOD
