Fixed an issue that was causing the witch queen to be immortal

Updated for Funcom's 12/10/2018 patch / new dev kit

Small change that should fix the preservation box and fish trap issue recently reported in the comments section

Added some items that the admin can use in pippi quests , such as keys , rings etc.

All the new quest items have the word "Strange" in front of them to make it easier for the admin to locate.

Shrine are easier to place in tight spots

Fixed a problem that was not allowing some of the wedge foundations to stack

Potions of Midnight , Hunter's, Night-Eye , Bestial Memory, and Natural Learning are now stackable
Sacred blood is stackable to a higher amount.

Added some new building pieces for testing that are currently only spawnable by the admin... Future plans are to make icons and recipes after the testing period

Fixed a problem that was not allowing sandstone foundations to be placed under each other

Cooked with new dev kit update
Made some changes to the ceiling pieces so they are easier to snap to each other and foundations

Fixed the ceiling pieces not wanting to snap to stairs properly
