Balancing changes:

The fabled greatsword named: Elucidator damaged reduced from 95 to 90 (drains 10 stamina per swing)
The fabled war hammer named: Cataclysm armor pen reduced from 35% to 30% (drains 15 stamina per swing)
Sword of Crom damage reduced from 91 to 90 and stamina usage from 2500 per swing to 200

All dragons hit harder now.

Added some special equipment to be used as quest rewards , in pippi kits or administrator hand out.

A fabled bow named : Phoenix with 30 dmg 15% armor pen and +8 accuracy
A fabled axe named: Executioner with 75 dmg 5% armor pen and +8 vitality
A fabled greatsword named: Elucidator with 95 dmg 15% armor pen and +8 agility
A fabled war hammer named: Cataclysm with 75 dmg 35% armor pen and +8 strength

Added 2 more bastard swords with flames. 1 with blue witchfire flame and 1 with normal color flames.
Names of these 2 swords are Alice's Flaming Sorrow and Alice's Searing Sorrow. These were added just
for testing out how flaming weapons look and function for a possible future update

Horizontal elevators now move twice as fast as vanilla

Balancing:

Thrall health was lowered as it was boosted too high since Funcom's last major update.
Pets health have been cut in half as they were just too overpowered.
