Removed some legacy bugfix files that are no longer necessary on Festag patch.

Slight versioning error. I'm not sure I know how it happened but the update is actually live as intended now.

Updated to use a new command added in the Festag beta to more cleanly respec all lords.

Fix for a rare usecase where the AI has the lord available but not recruited.

Delayed the vanilla lords added event for script integration with Mixu.

--Should now be compatible with Crynsos Instant Quest Battles and Instant Items mods, respectively.
--Fixed Unusable hero units appearing in confederated armies.
