Ported to the new BS18 Version, introduced fix for TAA tearing (using static meshes instead of a skeletal mesh for the dashboard). Due to time issues and a higher complexity not all switches are moving yet, will be fixed today. vehicle physics need to be reworked due to a change in the game logic, will be done until the end of the week.

fixed rear position lights blinking issues, removed TAA post processing to get rid of Temporal AA artefacts (ghosting, flickering), When driving the Bus, FXAA is forced, Diasbled GarageFX (Route Ending Performance fix?)
