fix small typo error in go Def.sqf
change to right version of Description.ext (allied in map radio messages now appear as it should)
TakeToWin contidion set to 0.9

- ADDED: NinjaRider600 modified/updated version of HETMAN (HAL 1.23.3 [NR6]) into War Stories.
Now it will benefits from HAL - [NR6] features, notably the revamped task system and the contents in the Radio chat, its much more battlefield immersive.
- ADDED: [NR6] ZBE Cache - HAL Optimization.
Its a modified version of ZBE_Cache (Original script by zorrobyte) based off version 4.6a of the original script to be compatible with the cargo system used in HAL.
